The Winter Wellness Retreat will:
- Help people go inwards, look at the present moment, retreat, and hibernate ready to let go and recharge over winter.
- Be relaxing, support the immune system and mental and physical health ready for winter.
- Declutter and let go as we move into winter and into the final parts of the year.
- Nurture, nourish and let go.
