The Winter Wellness Retreat will:

  • Help people go inwards, look at the present moment, retreat, and hibernate ready to let go and recharge over winter.
  • Be relaxing, support the immune system and mental and physical health ready for winter.
  • Declutter and let go as we move into winter and into the final parts of the year.
  • Nurture, nourish and let go.

You can join either day independently or book together for a transformative weekend.
